From the very beginning, we built a company that would become the industry standard for electronics and home appliance distribution in Russia. Here are the key reasons for our growth:
The fastest logistics with the highest frequency of door-to-door delivery. 24/7 operation of long-haul logistics and warehouse distribution centers (DCs) to expedite customer delivery.
A dedicated sales quality support department. Daily end-to-end monitoring of customer inquiries via the website, open helpline, and Telegram. Inquiry analytics and, as a result, continuous improvement of the company's business processes based on the collected data. Customer churn management (RFM) and feedback collection. Regular call monitoring in the sales department to ensure compliance with our standards.
Over 40 experienced sales managers trained at our Success Academy. A multi-level system of regular assessments and ratings is successfully implemented among them.
The best team. 36 managers who are eager to develop. Strategic sessions are held four times a year, as three-day gatherings in Sochi and Crimea. Eight monthly coordination meetings between executives on key areas of company development are held.
It all began in 2002 with the idea of the company's founder, who was then working as a system administrator at a computer club in Simferopol, to open a computer store.
The newly formed company was named "Microline."
In 2005, a second store was opened, and during the same period, the company acquired its first B2B clients. Through in-depth supplier analysis, it was possible to offer clients 20% more favorable terms of cooperation than competitors.
It was during this period that the foundation for the future procurement philosophy was laid, which later became the foundation for the Technosuccess brand.
In 2014, after Crimea came under the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation, the company found itself in new legal and economic realities. Despite these large-scale changes, "Microline" was able to quickly adapt to Russian legislation and maintain steady growth.
By 2019, the retail network had grown to nine stores. Together with B2B sales, turnover reached 1.8 billion rubles. To meet these increased ambitions, a new name, "Technosuccess," was chosen and a rebranding was undertaken.
In the following year, 2020, the company's turnover reached 2.7 billion rubles, and its warehouse area reached 2,350 square meters. The staff increased to 100, and the delivery network expanded from 95 locations to 172.
Thanks to investments in logistics, in 2023, Technosuccess opened a large distribution center in Moscow and warehouses in six regions of the Russian Federation. The total warehouse capacity exceeded 10,000 square meters. Turnover reached 8.6 billion rubles.
In 2024, the "Microline" brand and its stores were sold, giving way to a new concept, "Technotochka." Today, the chain comprises 36 retail outlets in the Southern Federal District. Together with B2B sales, the company's turnover has reached over 17 billion rubles.
Technosuccess's goal is to reach a turnover of over 100 billion rubles by 2028, becoming the industry standard in the distribution of electronics and home appliances in Russia.
Technosuccess's mission is to make electronics and home appliances more accessible throughout Russia.
